lost a point and never rec'd item

Question: lost a point and never rec'd item

i sold an item (matchmaking with a mission book) and mailed the book back in early June. I rec'd 1 point for that trade. i then submitted an offer for some nail polish on 6/9 (for 1 point) i rec'd an email msg on 6/9 that i had "submitted an offer" but i never heard back that offer was approved and i never rec'd the product. but, you did take away the point and transaction fee. so, can someone look into this for me? i should have one point in my acct because i never had an accepted offer or rec'd anything. thanks

COMPLAINT!

Problem: COMPLAINT!

I recently received an item I purchased from a seller named "slyde". It is a 3 DVD set "South Park : The Complete First Season" and it went for 5 points. IT'S JUNK! 2 out of the 3 discs do nothing but stall and skip. I'm VERY displeased with this transaction. I don't recall the condition listed by the seller but I believe it was mis-represented because it certainly wasn't described as absolute garbage! I would like to leave some VERY NEGATIVE feedback for "slyde" as a seller but I can't find how to do it! I want my 5 points BACK from "slyde"!

Also, someone bid on something of mine for 7 trading points and when i accepted the bid, i never recieved any trading points for it.. In what part of the process does that occur?

I think I may have been scammed. This guy bought a ring I had listed as 14K gold with cubic zirconia stones -- sold as such at Saks Fifth Avenue for about $160. I had a question from this guy (trader_dan about the ring, to which I responded, with the information above. He gave me a not-so-good feed back (3 stars), and here is the following conversation.

The thing is, he said the ring was ready to send on 3/11, and I have not yet received it. Any idea what I should do?

The item he wanted (and got) in trade was an art pottery vase that I have seen offered on eBay for $275. I'm sorry, but you will have to read it from bottom to top.

Have you mailed the ring yet? I still haven't received it.

So, for your book, you could type the ISBN number in the ISBN field and click the Search button. If this is something listed on Amazon, all of the details (including the photo) will appear below and you will only need to add several more fields in order to save the listing. If you are adding all of your details and uploading a photo that you took, this will be a little different. You will skip the top portion where you can enter the ASIN, ISBN, or UPC codes. You will then click the "Add Your Images" button. This will open a pop-up where you will click "Select" and locate the image. You can upload up to 4 different images, and then click "Submit".
