Flyin' Traps CD. Bought 5/27/11 for 4 points/.40 cents. Never received and seller will not return messages. Second time I've been burned by this seller. How many strikes does it take before you ban them from selling. I noticed that she has done this to other people besides me.

	Good morning, We are sorry to hear you want to leave SwapItGreen. In order to delete your account you must make sure any and all transactions are completed and delete any of your items that might still be up on the site. To delete items you need to hover over the "My Account" menu button and click on "My Listings". Once there you should see the items you may have listed earlier, you can hover over an item and click on a red "X" on the far right to delete it. After all items are deleted if you have any you then need to hover over the "My Account" menu again and click on "Profile". Once your profile has loaded you should see a link at the bottom that says "Close my account". It should open a small window with further instructions. Thanks, SwapItGreen

How do I retract an offer?

Question: How do I retract an offer?

I have made an offer on 3 different items - and have not received a reply. So after a few weeks, I would like to retract the offers. I cannot find how to do this. Could you please give me instructions.

Also, I may have deleted something I need. My dashboard shows no offers pending, but the points are being held and the items show up on offers made.

Once you return to the listing detail page, you will see a button to click in order to Retract Offer, and your points will automatically return to your account. In order to find the item/s easier, in the main menu, you can hover over My Account and click My Offers. This will take you to a page showing different statuses of offers that you have made, and you can locate the item to reach the detail page here. In regards to the possible missing items; are these items that you have placed an offer on? Or items that users have placed on your account? 	I mailed that ring out First Class mail and had a tracking number that said it was delivered over a year ago! I never heard a thing from the buyer and all of a sudden he claims he didn't get it and you just take his word for it with out asking for proof of delivery? Not that it matters. I don't even have the receipt any more because it was over a year ago. This site has been more headache than good so I would like my $2.10 refunded to me and my account closed.

	Because there are hundreds of items that need to be removed, there are a couple of problems for us deleting the items this way and it's very time consuming: 1. The system keeps jumping back to page one of our listings after an item has been deleted. 2. There isn't any type of multiple check box to delete more than one item at a time - this would be a great feature to add. 3. There is no way to sort and view our items by category listed. Is it possible to have your db person handle this for us?

Question: Points

Hello, I am new to this. Where do I see the points that I earned from a recent item that someone "bought" from me? I had the item for 8pts but all I see is the 2 pts for signing up. I don't know if the buyer paid me or not.

	Hello, We greatly apologize in our delayed response to you! For some reason this request did not come through, so we are just seeing this. We noticed that you have not logged into your account since October, but wanted to pass along this information. When using SwapItGreen, in all transactions as a seller, you will be awarded points once you mark an item as shipped to the buyer. We see that the transaction has been completed, and that you were awarded all of the points. Just as a reference; someone will place a bid on your item. You accept the offer. The points and transaction fee associated with the item will automatically come out of their account. If they do not have enough in their wallet to cover the amount, then they will be prompted to add more funds. Once this happens, you are then prompted to ship. Once the item is marked as shipped, you will receive the appropriate amount of points to your account. We hope this helps, and again, we sincerely apologize for our oversight on this HelpDesk ticket. Hello Swapitgreen,

Its been a year since we listed our items and we had hoped to see more trading policies and/or promotions to allow us to generate more points. Especially given the time we've spent to list 100's of items. If you have no objections, we would like to receive an advance of 329 trade points against future trades so we may purchase the following item http://www.swapitgreen.com/Listing/ListingDetail.aspx?Listingid=1056.

I'm sure you can understand that we would like to see a better return for the time we've spent listing our items on your site. If you bid on an item that has a higher amount of a transaction fee than you currently have in your wallet, you will be prompted by the system to add money to your wallet only if the offer is accepted by the seller. help finding a shipping address

Hello---I hovered over "my account" and then "listings" and then "to be shipped"---the address that i need for the sweater is not there, i already clicked on it once when i wrote it down and now i need to see the address again because i lost the paper i put it on. I got to the post office and saw that the address was lost and could not mail the package out, thanx

	Hello, Once you click on "My Account" and go to "My Listings", you need to click the proper tab that the item is under. So if this is something that you need to ship, you need to click the tab called "To be shipped". Now, once you see the item, click the magnifying glass to view the Listing Details. Never received item

Problem: Never received item

Once again. I made an offer of 2 points for the book "Princess Bride" on 7/09/2010. Offer accepted 08/07/2010. It was supposedly shipped that day. Never received. Messaged twice with no responses. Seller tmorgan. This will be my last attempted purchase on swapitgreen even though I will lose my points and the $ in my wallet. People don't send the stuff you buy or have stuff listed that they don't have any more. Or list something you really want but won't return your messages. It has been more of a disappointment than anything else.

	Hello, If you have accepted an offer and it is not appearing in your Alerts on the home page to ship, that means that the buyer needs to add more money to their wallet to pay for the item. Once they have done that, you will be prompted to ship it. In order to find shipping addresses, hover over "My Account" and click on "My Listings".
